How to Make the Perfect Sangria
Confession time: I hate wine. I keep trying to be a big girl and like it but I just can't. I have visions of me in Italy, sitting in an outside cafe, sipping my wine. In reality, I'm a Jack and Coke at the bar kinda girl. My first job was at a Mexican restaurant, that made sangria from scratch! FINALLY a way to drink wine! I like it so much I figured out a recipe of my own. So maybe I won't be sipping wine in Italy, there's always Sangria in Spain.
1 bottle of
1/2 cup of blueberries
2 cups of cranberry pomegranate juice
ginger ale (optional)
First start by rinsing your fruit. Then with a cutting board cut your apples and oranges into medium slices. In a large pitcher pour one bottle of moscoto, or the wine of your choice. Add in your fruit and juice. let chill in the fridge over night. To serve top with ginger ale and rum to taste!
